Risk is the lifeblood of the creative process. You can talk about it, you can tweet about it, you can read about it – but are you willing to grapple with ambiguity and take a risk in the workplace? Join us for a discussion about challenging risk perceptions, embracing ambiguity, and strategies to put aside your fears to take creative and calculated risks in the workplace. Participants will be rewarded with a greater appreciation for the value of taking creative risks, and the confidence to do so regardless of department, role, or position.

About Dr. Adriene Hobdy
Adriene Hobdy is an educator, talk show on-air personality for ThinkBIG Radio, and the founder of Success Ideology, LLC – a leadership development firm that provides coaching and professional development for entrepreneurs and CEOs of small businesses in the Greater Philadelphia area. Dr. Hobdy is a prolific educator with research and literary interests in academic assessment, leadership development and higher education administration.
Dr. Hobdy earned her bachelor’s from Xavier University of Louisiana, a MBA in Human Resources Management and master’s in Budget and Finance from The Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, and her doctorate from Wilmington University in Leadership and Innovation. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
