Part 2

The Secrets of Employee Engagement: What to do when you have a “firing freeze?”

Many companies today can’t fire their disengaged employee because, “At least it’s a warm body, we can’t find enough people to work!”

Gallup’s Engagement Definition:

“An engaged employee works with passion and feels a profound commitment to their organization.”

Gallup Research:“People join their companies and quit their immediate supervisor.” Gallup polled more than a million U.S. employees. They concluded that 75% of the workers, voluntarily quit their jobs because of a bad boss or immediate supervisor.

As a supervisor, manager or leader, you will learn how to:

  • Adjust your communication

  • Improve your employee relationships

  • Change your team’s results

Survive the Firing Freeze.  Turn “warm bodies” into engaged employees who work with passion and feel a profound commitment to your organization.
