Jennifer O'Donnell, IOM


Jenn is a development executive with over 15 years of experience fostering growth, leadership, and partnerships between the non-profit and for-profit communities.


In January 2015, Jenn joined the Chamber staff as Member Relations Director bringing a passion for engaging and interacting with the community as well as her unique perspective as a former member of the Chamber for over nine years.


In July 2018, Jenn transitioned to full-time Director of Leadership Tri-County where she has expanded the existing program to provide emerging leaders with a strong foundation of community knowledge, professional development, and leadership skills to support proactive engagement in the nonprofit community. Jenn works closely with employers to help identify and develop members of their staff and with the nonprofit community who seek qualified, influential professionals for board service.

Jenn earned her IOM designation in August 2018 from the Institute for Organization Management, a four year program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Tri-County.

In fulfillment of her passion for choral arts education, Jenn is a member of the Board of Managers of The Bach Choir of Bethlehem and serves as Committee Chair for The Bel Canto Youth Chorus of The Bach Choir of Bethlehem where she co-led and facilitated a two year strategic merger between the two organizations which was finalized in July of 2018.

Born and raised on Long Island, Jenn moved to Collegeville in 2001, where she resides with her husband of 25 years and raised their daughter, who is currently pursuing her Ph.D in History at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. 

danielle Rexrode

Danielle started at the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce in May 2018 as a student intern. Her work created an improved and professional look to our marketing pieces and provided us with a consistent social media presence, so we asked her to stay as a part-time employee. Danielle is responsible for creating marketing materials for the Chamber and managing social media.

​Danielle graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in May 2019 with a B.S. in Marketing. While in college, she was involved with the American Marketing Association and Best Buddies.
